What kinds of products do you sell?

Lobos Shop currently focuses on story-rich books for ages 9-12, hobby calendars, and handmade amigurumi.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Sweden only. You can find the latest details on the shipping page.

How is shipping charged?

Shipping is added during checkout as a flat charge. The final amount is shown before you complete payment in Stripe Checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. Card payments are supported, and Klarna or Swish may appear when they are enabled for the order.

Can I check out as a guest?

Yes. You can continue as a guest, or create an account if you want your order history tied to your login.

When will my order ship?

We aim to pack in-stock orders within a few business days after payment confirmation. If there is a delay or stock issue, we will contact you.

Can I return an item?

Yes. If you want to request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Full details are available on the returns page.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Please reach out through the contact page within 7 days of delivery so we can help with a replacement, refund, or another solution.
